Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns/exchange of new and unused merchandise within 28 days of delivery date.

Kindly note that we work on a credit basis. Once the returned item is received at our premises we will process the credit on your next order to be used within a maximum period of 6 months, with no extension over that period. Please note the value of the purchase must not exceed the value of the credit.

The customer is responsible for paying and arranging for the shipping of any returned items. Please also include your name and order number with the return.

Damaged items:

If you receive an item that was damaged upon arrival, please immediately email us at info@corkadia.com with a clear photo of the damage and your order number.
